Preparing for your baby's Cookies & Milk Bath session

Listed below is additional information to help you prepare for your baby's upcoming Cookies & Milk Bath session with Shonda Hope Photography.

This session does include milk in the bathwater. If your child is allergic to milk, please let Shonda know ASAP!
Reminder: This session is for ONE child only, between the ages of 9-18 months.
The bathtub is cleaned and sanitized in-between sessions. A swim diaper is not recommended.
Please bring a towel to your session.

Studio Policies

Cellphones & Recording Devices

While your session is taking place, you or anybody else may NOT use your cellphone, personal camera, or camcorder to take photos or record any of your sessions.
The photographer can and will stop the session and terminate the session if you use any of the above devices to take photos/videos of the session taking place.

By signing below, you are aware of this policy and have read and agreed to not take photos or video at any point during your session.

Payment and Fees:

Shonda Hope Photography session fees include high-resolution edited images in an online gallery OR a purchased USB. Fees are set to cover the photographer's time and artistic editing. Fees are subject to change at any time.

Cash, PayPal, and major debit/ credit cards are accepted.

If paying with an invoice, the remaining balance will be charged a minimal processing fee of 3.49% + 0.49.
If paying with a credit or debit card, a minimal processing fee of 2.29% + 0.09 will be charged to the remaining balance.

Studio Etiquette:

Children MUST be supervised at all times.

Children/subjects are NOT allowed on studio props or equipment unless instructed by the photographer.

Due to negligence, clients will be responsible for damages or repairs to the studio, studio props, and equipment, i.e.

Clients and children are NOT allowed on the retaining wall or in the yard of Shonda Hope Photography's studio property.

Late Policy:

If you are late for your session, extra time will not be given. Certain allotted times are given for sessions.

Extra time will not be given due to the lack of cooperation of the child or subject.

Reshoots:

Reshoots are to be determined at the discretion of the photographer.

Reshoots and refunds WILL NOT BE GIVEN for poor choices in clothing, makeup, hairstyles, or the cooperation of subject issues, i.e., child's cooperation.

Rescheduling:

If you or your child is sick, you must reschedule or cancel your session.
The retainer fee will roll over ONE time for the same session that was scheduled. This excludes mini-sessions, fall sessions, and Christmas sessions.

Mini Sessions, Fall Sessions, and Christmas sessions CANNOT be rescheduled, no exceptions. You must cancel your session.
The $30 retainer fee is non-transferable and non-refundable, no exceptions.

By Signing, you are agreeing you have fully read and understand the above policies for Shonda Hope Photography.

Portrait Policies

Portrait galleries will be emailed to the client 14-21 days after the client's session date.

Do NOT alter, edit, or add filters to Shonda Hope Photography's work. This includes Instagram filters, any editing filters, or software. All imagery and portraits are property of Shonda Hope Photography and copyrighted material.

No RAW files or unedited images will be given to the client under any circumstance, nor can they be purchased.

Images are chosen at the photographer's discretion. Clients only receive the number of images offered in the session package.

Policies Concerning COVID -19 and Illness

Concerning COVID-19 and everyone’s health, listed below are policies and precautionary measures that are implemented and must be followed by everyone coming to Shonda Hope Photography Studio. Please read this carefully and in entirety.

Client Guidelines For Studio Sessions:

Due to COVID-19 and the worldwide pandemic: If you or your child are sick or showing ANY signs of illness or fever you MUST cancel or reschedule your session. No exceptions. If you or anyone in your family has been exposed to COVID –19, you MUST cancel or reschedule your session. (Rescheduling excludes mini sessions, fall sessions, and Christmas Sessions. These sessions will be cancellations only.)
Face masks are not mandatory, but wearing one for the protection of you, your photographer, and others is greatly appreciated. Your photographer is fully vaccinated for Covid-19, and will be wearing a mask for ALL studio sessions.
Please only bring immediate family members to your session with a maximum of 3 people. (This number does NOT include the child being photographed.)

Precautionary Measures Implemented by Shonda Hope Photography:

Shonda is being extra proactive with everyone’s health in mind. The studio is excessively sanitized before and after each session in the studio.
All props and fabrics are also deeply sanitized.

Regular handwashing and sanitizing will be implemented throughout the session.

Client Guidelines for Outdoor Sessions:

Due to COVID-19 and the worldwide pandemic: If you or your child are sick or showing ANY signs of illness or fever you MUST reschedule your session. No exceptions. If you or anyone in your family has been exposed to COVID –19, you MUST reschedule your session.

The retainer fee will transfer to another date ONE time only. Any other rescheduling after that will require an additional retainer fee to be paid.

Please only bring family members who are being photographed.

Precautionary Measures Implemented by Shonda Hope Photography:

All props are also deeply sanitized.

Shonda Hope Photography retains copyrights to all portraits. Clients only receive printing rights. Images are property of Shonda Hope Photography.

Shonda Hope Photography offers professional printing of portraits that can be purchased within the client's online gallery. If the client decides to purchase prints elsewhere, Shonda Hope Photography is not responsible for any third-party printing companies, kiosks, or printing lab's quality and color of portraits.
