Shonda Hope Photography has my permission to use my portraits publicly. I understand that the images will be used on Shonda Hope Photography's website and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Policies Concerning COVID -19 and Illness

Concerning COVID-19 and everyone’s health, listed below are policies and precautionary measures that are implemented and must be followed by everyone coming to Shonda Hope Photography Studio. Please read this carefully and in entirety.

Client Guidelines For Studio Sessions:

Due to COVID-19 and the worldwide pandemic: If you are sick or showing ANY signs of illness or fever you MUST reschedule your session.
Face masks are required upon entering the studio. (If you are being photographed, you are not required to wear one.)
Please only bring immediate family members to your session with a maximum of 3 people.

Please remain in your vehicle until Shonda notifies you it is safe to enter after she has finished sanitizing the studio.
Please sanitize your hands when you enter the studio.

Precautionary Measures Implemented by Shonda Hope Photography:

Shonda is being extra proactive with everyone’s health in mind. The studio is excessively sanitized before and after each session in the studio.
All props and fabrics are also deeply sanitized.

Shonda and her assistant will always be wearing a face mask for ALL studio sessions.

Regular handwashing and sanitizing will be implemented throughout the session.

I have read and understand Shonda Hope Photography's procedures concerning COVID -19 and illness.
